First Post 2.1

Here's what I hope Critically Struck will be:

1. A build diary for my first Windows-based PC after a decade of using Macintoshes;
   
2. A repository for some discussion of digital life, particularly the employment of technology for art & entertainment;
   
3. A place for reviews, opinions, discourse and rants about video games and attendant gadgetry;
   
4. Literate;
   
5. Slightly funny.
